— 02 · THE LOOK AND FEEL
A prism, not a logo tweak.
The brand was already complete — this was a refresh, not a rebrand. The moodboard’s seed idea, "One Vision. Clear View.", used a faceted glass prism: one source of light, refracted into many colours. That became the whole visual system — Persian Blue as the anchor, a faceted/diamond-cut card language reused across industry cards, stat badges, and the delivery-hub map, gradients standing in for "many facets, one connected model." The crystal treatment isn't borrowed decoration, either — the EliteEPM mark is two intersecting hard-edged hexagons, not a soft cloud icon, so refracted, faceted light is just the logomark's own geometry scaled up into a full system. It also carries the practice's AI story: EliteEPM builds on Claude through MCP, and a cut, crystallised surface reads as precise and elite in a way a rounded, generic AI-blob aesthetic never would.
Photography carries the same idea. Every hero and testimonial image is layered with that crystal geometry refracting through the real photograph rather than sitting beside it, so the brand reads as one continuous surface, not a logo plus stock photos. It's what gives a nine-person practice the visual weight of a firm that's been doing this for decades.

— 02 · THE IDENTITY
A knot, drawn as a letter.
The monogram is an interlaced knot set inside an A: a weave rendered as a letterform, framed in an oval and dated. It carries a shop that has been trusted in person since 1975 onto a screen, without turning that trust into decoration that slows a buying flow.

— 03 · THE STORE
Catalogue depth is an architecture problem.
Occasion, fabric and fit as first-class paths. The architecture mirrors how regulars already shop the store in person: by event, by weave, by silhouette. Fifty years of inventory became navigable instead of overwhelming.

Two diagrams, one catalogue.
The product taxonomy shows how one SKU carries three facets at once. The information architecture shows where every route leads. Switch between them to see the full model.
— 04 · THE DETAIL
The parts you only notice when they fail.
//
THE CLIENT SPEAKS
Catalogue depth is an architecture problem, not a content problem. When a label has fifty years of inventory wisdom, the build's job is to make that wisdom navigable — not to flatten it into a grid.
