Before Burgundy, Pranay spent six years working across more than 50 Webflow and Shopify projects and creating 200+ websites. His work during that time was recognised at the afaqs! Foxglove Awards, afaqs! Marketers’ Xcellence Awards, and Meta Big Bang Awards.
Different businesses, different websites, but the best projects tended to have one thing in common: the right people stayed close to the work.
That experience shaped the way Burgundy works today. Pranay stays involved from the first conversation through to launch, so the thinking, context, and responsibility stay with the project as it moves forward.
Burgundy is built to protect that involvement. Projects get the time and attention they need, decisions stay close to the work, and the person leading the engagement remains accountable for the outcome.
Our in-house specialists, across design, development and writing, join when a project needs them. They work to the plan agreed with you, and Pranay reviews the build before it ships.
Before design starts, we agree who the site is for, what it needs to say and what a visitor should do next. Each stage ends with a deliverable and your approval. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted before we start them.
We choose the technology after we understand the website. Webflow and Shopify suit sites and stores your team will run itself. Astro and Next.js suit fast, flexible sites built with a developer workflow. Custom development covers connections to your own tools and data. The right choice depends on the site, not on what we prefer.
We use AI in our own research, writing, design, development and testing. We check what it produces, and we decide what ships. Where AI helps the people using your site, such as search that understands what someone means or an assistant that answers from your own content, we build it as part of the project.
What you can expect: one person accountable from the first call to launch, a written scope and fee before work starts, a deliverable and an approval at each stage, and thirty days of support after launch.
