What we set, what we don't, and
how to control it

Burgundy uses a small number of cookies. No advertising trackers, no behavioural profiles.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember things like preferences, session state, and basic usage patterns. Some cookies are essential, and some are optional.

What we use

Burgundy uses three categories of cookies.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to work. You can't turn them off without breaking the site.

Webflow session. Maintains session state and form submissions.
CSRF tokens. Protects forms from malicious requests.‍

‍Analytics cookies

These help us understand which pages are read and where visitors leave.

Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*). Aggregated, anonymized site usage statistics. We don't use Google Analytics for advertising or behavioural profiling.‍

Functional cookies

These power specific features.

Calendly. When you book a call, Calendly may set cookies for the booking widget to work correctly.‍

What we don't use

Advertising or retargeting cookies
Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter Pixel, or similar social trackers
Behavioural profiling cookies
Cross-site tracking
Cookies from data brokers

How to control cookies

You have several options.

Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies at the browser level. Doing so may break parts of the site.

Cookie banner. If you're in a jurisdiction that requires a cookie consent banner (GDPR, India DPDP, etc.), you'll see one on first visit and you can adjust your preferences there.

Google Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites via Google's official opt-out tool.
